Michael Conville is a name that has been synonymous with luxury real estate construction and development in Florida and New England. He founded Beacon Construction Group in 1986 (Boston), where the company completed major projects for high-profile clients including Harvard University, Tufts University, Cambridge City Hall, and The University of Massachusetts. 

Later in his career, Mike found a new niche and fell in love with building custom residences. In the Northeast, he has completed projects in Newport, Rhode Island, Beacon Hill, Cape Cod and Greater Boston. In 2003, he started working with his clients on winter homes in South Florida and opened an office in North Palm Beach the same year.    

Projects in South Florida include residences in Tequesta, Jupiter Island, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Lost Tree and Hidden Key in North Palm Beach and John’s Island in Vero Beach.  

Mike holds a BS in Business and Math from Westfield State College in Massachusetts. He is a member of the International Union of Bricklayers & Allied Craftsmen.

Nicole has more than 20 years of construction administrative and accounting experience working for luxury homebuilders in Palm Beach County. She joined the team at Beacon Construction Group in May of 2014 and plays a key role in assuring that costs and contractual agreements with suppliers, and subcontractors are correct. Nicole’s tenure is marked by her unwavering attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and a penchant for accuracy.
